About
The traditional working world – especially in the cultural sector – is often shaped by rigid schedules, tight deadlines, and a high level of productivity. However, for many people with disabilities or chronic illnesses, time functions differently: it follows variable rhythms, requires flexibility, and demands recognition of individual needs.
Through this introduction to the concept of Crip Time, Agnieszka Habraschka opens up new perspectives on time, work structures, and inclusion – and beyond. Crip Time also challenges capitalist and normative ideas of time.
Crip Time offers new ways to think about, experience, and shape time differently.
This training takes place online and as a Relaxed Workshop. This means that all forms of attention are welcome. You can move around, lie down, and take breaks as needed. Keeping your camera on is not required. Make sure to have snacks, drinks, and anything else that supports a comfortable online experience!
Speaker
Agnieszka Habraschka is a consultant, dramaturg, and production manager specialising in accessible and anti-ableist cultural work/performance art, Aesthetics of Access, and intersectional anti-discrimination. Until March 2024, Agnieszka worked as a production manager for the network project Making a Difference. Agnieszka is neurodivergent, has non-visible disabilities, and has lived experience of migration and poverty.

Relaxed Atmosphere
The training session will take place in a Relaxed format, which means:
- All forms of attention are welcome
- Moving around, lying down, turning the camera off and rejoining at any time is possible
- Regular breaks are scheduled

- Interpretation from German spoken language to German Sign Language (DGS) (registration by 10.10.25)
- Interpretation from complex language to Easy Language (registration by 10.10.25)
