Further Education and Training
Since 2025, we offer various annual training formats to enhance the qualifications of the arts and culture sector in the field of inclusive cultural work.
Programme
Our programme includes a diverse range of qualification opportunities and levels—from foundational training and peer exchange to in-depth professional development.
It is open to individuals with and without disabilities who are active in the independent and institutional arts and culture sector, cultural administration, higher education, and other educational institutions, as well as artists from all disciplines.
The in-person sessions take place in our fully accessible studio in Cologne-Ehrenfeld. We place great emphasis on accessibility in the learning environment and a relaxed atmosphere.
Feel free to contact us at any time with questions regarding participation or funding.
