More InformationContent
Whether as an artistic team in a production or as colleagues in the artistic office or… – the training serves as an introduction to ableism-critical collaboration between cultural professionals with and without disabilities. In addition to raising awareness of anti-ableism in culture, Konrad will introduce you to the basic structural and communicative principles of inclusive collaboration, which make it possible to meet different needs within the team. Among other things, the training will cover working with access riders. An access rider is a document in which the author attempts to specify what they need for good and barrier-free collaboration.
The training takes place online and in a relaxed atmosphere. This means that all forms of attention are welcome. You can move around, lie down, and take breaks on your own. Continuous camera use is not necessary. Make sure you have plenty of snacks, drinks, and everything else you need for a relaxed online participation!
