Un-Label needs you: We’re looking for a project manager for our Access Maker Innovation Hub project to cover parental leave!

Place of work: Cologne
Part-time position (75%), 30 hours per week
From 1 November 2026 to 30 June 2027

The post is on a fixed-term basis to cover for a colleague on maternity leave, followed by what is expected to be parental leave, and is funded on a project basis. The project is currently scheduled to end on 30 June 2027. Continued employment beyond this date is subject to the approval of further funding and future staffing requirements.

Why we’re looking for you
To expand our Access Maker team, we are looking for a dedicated colleague to take on the role of Project Manager as a cover for maternity and parental leave. This is a project-based role with a fixed-term contract until 30 June 2027.

In this role, you will work closely with Un-Label’s management team, the head of our consultancy department, other team members and a nationwide network of freelance consultants with and

However, when it comes to putting this into practice, there is often a lack of specialist knowledge and human resources. Through our consultancy services, we support cultural organisations and cultural practitioners in breaking down barriers and developing sustainable, inclusive structures. Through the nationwide transformation programme ‘Access Maker – Innovation Hub’, Un-Label has established itself as one of the leading social enterprises promoting inclusion and accessibility
in the cultural sector. In recognition of the exceptional impact of this work, Un-Label was awarded the PHINEO Wirkt-Siegel Demokratie in 2025.
