Take Action – (We don’t) [kehr]

In this performance, the two artists Jana Zöll and Steven Solbrig explore the mechanisms and connections within our aid system. 

The duo sets out to find out through artistic and performative means if it is possible tell another story of aid.

Could it be a story about [kehr]-work from the perspective of people who, under normative role attributions, are the ones who “have to be taken care of” – a story of mutual support and appreciation?

In developing the performance, the two artists have created a conception-diary in which they write down the results of their research and the questions and themes that remain open, and document the development of the performance concept.
