Free Training Programme for Consultants with Disabilities
Empowerment and knowledge transfer for consultants with disabilities who are already active in the field of inclusive cultural work, as well as for those interested in entering this field.
Offerings
In addition to valuable experiential knowledge, the programme provides in-depth expertise on inclusion, various disability perspectives, and didactic methods to successfully pass on this knowledge.
Free training sessions and work shadowings on various topics, such as:
- Basic knowledge
- Perspectives on disability
- Methodological approaches
Intervision: exchange and reflection in a supportive setting
The programme not only builds competencies but also creates urgently needed employment opportunities in the cultural sector, which still remain far too rare for people with disabilities.
Venue
Online or in-person: In-person events are held at our fully accessible studio in Cologne Ehrenfeld. We prioritize an accessible learning environment and a relaxed atmosphere.
Costs
This programme is free of charge and explicitly aimed at people with disabilities who are already working or want to work as consultants. Consultants without a current connection to the cultural sector are also welcome if they wish to expand their expertise into this field.
