The new study Time to Act is published by On the Move, the cultural mobility network, and commissioned by the British Council as part of the Europe Beyond Access project. Based on a large-scale open survey in 42 countries, it clearly shows that cultural professionals in the performing arts across Europe lack the knowledge and experience to enable equal access to the cultural sector for artists, creators and audiences with disabilities. Overall, there is still an enormous need for counselling.
