For Access Maker, tandem teams of cultural workers with and without disabilities accompany the Theater Dortmund, the Schauspielhaus Düsseldorf and the Comedia Theater Köln on their way to more diversity and inclusion on all levels: programmatically, in terms of personnel and in the audience. We also develop general recommendations for cultural institutions and expand our national and international network of cultural professionals and experts.
