Our team is on the road! We’ve got a lot going on this week—we’ll be participating in two fantastic events!

Loud & Relaxed in Rheinsberg

Starting tomorrow, Nils Rottgardt from our team, along with our colleagues Leonard Grobien and Frederike Blum, will be attending the Musikkultur Rheinsberg networking event “Loud & Relaxed – Inclusive Young Music Theater”. From June 19 to 21, participants in Rheinsberg can look forward to exciting workshops, panel discussions, and plenty of opportunities for exchange.

Nils and Frederike will offer insights into our interpretation of Franz Schubert’s song cycle “Winterreise” (24 Hebel für die Welt from 2024) and the creative process behind it. In a joint workshop, they will delve deeper into the texts and songs of the cycle and explore the following questions with participants: How can barriers—linguistic, stylistic, musical, emotional—be understood as artistic material? And how can accessibility be considered from the very beginning—not as an afterthought, but as a guiding principle?

In addition, Nils invites participants to join him on an inspirational walk. Leonard, an actor and screenwriter who is also part of the ensemble of *24 Hebel für die Welt*, offers a workshop titled “Text Workshop” that explores new perspectives on language, narrative styles, and body imagery. Registration for “Loud & Relaxed” is open here until June 20. The event is aimed at cultural professionals and young people interested in theater.

B!NK Festival in Kaiserslautern

At the same time, part of our Un-Label team will be on site at the B!NK Festival in Kaiserslautern on Sunday, June 21, starting at 10:30 a.m. The festival promotes inclusive culture and art and offers a diverse program of workshops, discussions, performances, and more. At our information booth, we’ll be sharing details about Un-Label, and our colleagues Charlott Dahmen and Jerôme Laubenthal will lead a roundtable discussion on the topic of inclusion and culture: What does inclusive cultural work look like in practice? You can find all the details here.

We’re looking forward to an engaging weekend full of great conversations with other stakeholders and interested individuals!
