Lisette Reuter

For me, art and culture do not merely reflect what is visible, but rather make things visible; they serve as a bridge to overcome boundaries – culture moves people.

Lisette Reuter is the founder and director of Un-Label. Since 2006, she has worked as a project manager, producer, curator, and consultant in the international inclusive arts and culture sector. As a graduate and special education teacher as well as an intercultural trainer, she supports cultural actors and organizations across Europe on their path toward greater accessibility, participation, and structural openness.

She sees herself as a bridge-builder between art, society, and politics – always seeking new ways for diversity to be not only considered but actively shaped. As a coach, project developer, and passionate networker, she brings people, ideas, and structures together and drives innovation in the cultural sector with purpose.

For Lisette, inclusion is not a social project but a given and a central element of artistic quality. She is driven by the firm belief that cultural participation is a human right – and that diversity enriches both art and society. With great energy and perseverance, she implements this conviction through concrete programs, productions, and long-term structures.

In autumn 2020, Lisette was accepted as a fellow into the international Ashoka network. Ashoka supports social innovators worldwide who advance societal change with an entrepreneurial mindset and new solutions.

When she isn’t working on inclusive cultural spaces, she loves travelling to experience other cultures, diving into the depths of the sea, or singing her heart out with the choir Ehrenfeld Hardchor.
