Konrad Wolf
People should not adapt to structures, but structures should adapt to people.
Konrad Wolf is a lecturer, curator, and director, and has been strengthening the Un-Label team as an access consultant since 2025. He studied directing at the University Mozarteum Salzburg and has developed numerous productions with inclusive ensembles. From 2020 to 2023, he was an acting lecturer at the Inclusive Acting Studio of the Wuppertal Stages. In 2023/24, he held a guest professorship at HfS Ernst Busch, where he curated the professional development program Inclusion in the Teaching of Theatre Arts.
Since 2022, he has been teaching in the directing department at Folkwang University of the Arts. In 2024, as part of the NO LIMITS Festival, he curated the symposium Cripping Leadership, which explored the challenges and potential of disabled-led structures.
With his calmness, precise work, and ability to rethink time and processes, he enriches every collaboration and ensures that the outcomes are always a little better.
