Charlott Dahmen

Portrait of Charlott Dahmen. A white woman in her early fifties with short brown hair. She wears a dark blue blouse and smiles.

Art and culture inspire when diversity is actually lived. On, in front of and behind the stage.

Charlott Dahmen is the head of the consulting department at Un-Label. She advises and supports cultural actors and organizations on their path to equitable participation. In doing so, she draws on her 20 years of experience as a freelance theatre maker, as well as her expertise as a diversity trainer and psychologist (B.Sc.). In her freelance work, she has advised theatre productions, among others, regarding Aesthetics of Access. Since 2021, Charlott has been a permanent part of the Un-Label team. After starting as project manager of the pioneering project Access Maker I, she has been leading the follow-up project Access Maker II – Innovation Hub with full dedication since 2024.

As a trained humor coach, she is able to diffuse even the most stressful work phases with a touch of humor, ensuring that every collaboration is not only productive but also personally enriching. With her open manner and fine sensitivity to people, Charlott creates trusting spaces where others feel comfortable.
