Project duration: 2022 – 2023

The Un-Label Sound and Music Department, is a professional, mixed-abled music collective. There have been two musical iniatives to date: the jazz formation “open excess”, which develops its own compositions as well as playing jazz standards, and the techno-jazz ensemble “Unfall!”. By marketing the music collective, we would like to improve the visibility and conditions for musicians with disabilities in the long term.

In addition, musicians Max Schweder and Tobias Hartmann are developing ALL YOUR BASE. This is a mobile “tactical tool” that combines sound and movement into an interactive and reactive audio-visual installation. At concerts it opens up new approaches for any audience – especially for deaf or hearing-impaired audience members.

With the Sound and Music Department, we want to find new musicians and establish new cooperations in the music scene It’s time to bring this music out of the niche of inclusive art and into the mainstsream!
